Palin's solutions to problems are laughably simplistic.  McCain did not think things through when he chose her as his running mate. This sentiment that leaders should be "just like us" and just as uninformed is scary.  We wouldn't want our doctors or lawyers to be uninformed.  We should expect more from our leaders.  I have a terrible feeling that in the end children and education will suffer the most. I can't get around to posting regularly.  Let me give it another shot.  Here's what I'm up to:<div>-my second children's book <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;">A BOX FULL OF KITTENS</span> was published in June 2007.</div><div>-my next speech will be at the <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;">Kiwanis Club</span> convention in Orlando, FL on  June 28th.</div><div>-I'm doing a children's show for a Bronx River Alliance celebration on June 21st.
